DESCRIPTION
The ResQFlare Electronic Distress Flare Safety Kit provides the gear necessary to keep you safe, and enable you to signal for help, should you face an emergency when on the water. The ResQFlare comes with a daytime distress flag and when carried together, these two items meet the applicable U.S. Coast Guard requirements allowing them to be carried in lieu of traditional pyrotechnic flares (the U.S. only). Providing boaters with the convenience of no longer having to purchase or dispose of pyrotechnic flares, the ResQFlare Safety Kit becomes an invaluable safety accessory.

Operation |
Fly the flag by attaching to the mast or simply hoisting to the highest possible point. The flag can be displayed by hand, tied to, and then waved on items such as a boat hook, paddle, or fishing rod, or it can be laid flat on the deck to attract aircraft. Should be used as a day signal only and when displayed correctly, the black square should be over the black circle. |

WARRANTY LENGTH: 1 YEAR
This product is warranted against factory defect in material and workmanship for a period of 1 (one)* year from date of purchase or receipt as a gift. During the warranty period ACR Electronics, Inc. will repair or at its option, replace at no cost to you for labor, materials or return transportation.
This warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged by an accident or misuse or as a result of service or modification by other than the manufacturer. The COMPANY MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ANY OTHER MATTER concerning THIS PRODUCT, except as otherwise expressly stated in the previous paragraph. The Company shall not be liable for consequential or special damages. To place the warranty in effect, choose the form above and complete it entirely. Or you may fill out the registration card accompanying your product (if applicable) which must be returned to ACR Electronics, Inc. within ten days of purchase.
